Customer Spotlight: Jr’s Cobra X BC Forged LE05

When some people think of the Terminator, they think of a 1984 Sci-Fi thriller by James Cameron and some jacked dude named Arnold Schwarzenegger (had to be in bold). I cannot think of a better, more fitting nickname for the 2003-2004 Ford Mustang Cobra. Ford plays Cameron, and well the Cobra is Arnold. There is no way around it!

When I think of the Terminator I think of our Ford performance manager and my amazing friend Kevin Dion. He has a 934 whp Whipple Supercharged Cobra that has cemented a feeling of face melting acceleration in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear and beyond. These cars just pull like a freight train.

When Jr came to us for a unique wheel idea for his VERY clean Terminator, we immediately jumped at the opportunity to introduce BC Forged to more Cobro’s and see what we could make happen. His car is unique in the fact that this car ditched the IRS (independent rear suspension) in favor of running a straight rear axle! A lot of wheel companies will overlook this and run the 18×11 +19 rear, which will leave you looking like a lifted Duramax out back.

Specs needed for SRA Terminator: 18×9.5 +25 front and 18×11 +34 rear.

Specs needed for IRS Terminator: 18×9.5 +25 front and 18×11 +19 rear.

Onto: The finished product! 3-5 weeks after your order is placed, each one of our BC Forged customers receives a proof of concept in a completion photo. BC Forged is just SO on point with their process. A great example of how all brands should do it.
